13-14u

Train to Improve

Our 13-14 sessions, focus on skill and movement development across all skills. These sessions are not broken down further to enhance holistic player development, and as our coaches will work with players individually and adapt each training session to their needs. 13-14u sessions incorporate competitive and gameplay scenarios

15-18u

Train to....

Our "train too..." sessions for older ages, break down technical, tactical and movement development by position and skill focus. This enables the athlete to adjust their training focus depending on their needs and goals. These sessions are 1.5 hours, with a focus on high-intensity throughout, feedback, and a high number of touches.

15-18u

Competitive Focus

Our "competitive" sessions for older ages, mirror our "train too.." sessions for the first half. The second half, seeks to develop players use of new techniques, movement and tactical understanding in a high-feedback, competitive environment. This will incorporate other positions, ranging from controlled drills to full gameplay.
